  3. Services offered
Magali Lelong offers individual support sessions in BWRT®, personal and professional therapeutic coaching, Time Line Therapy®, and Compassionate Inquiry®. Sessions take place exclusively online, via Zoom, in French or English.
A minimum of three sessions is recommended for any support: an exploration session, an intervention session, and a follow-up session. A closing session is mandatory for any BWRT® therapy begun, and will be arranged within the three months following the last intervention.
  4. Duration and course of sessions

  7. Cancellation and rescheduling
Any session cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is charged in full. Beyond this notice period, no charge applies. If the provider is prevented by an unforeseen event, the session is rescheduled at no cost to the client.
  8. Nature and limits of the support
The support offered is grounded in respect for the dignity of the person, in accordance with the code of ethics of the International BWRT® Institute and the ICF code of ethics.
    It is expressly noted that:
    ● Therapeutic coaching does not guarantee results, as these depend on the client’s personal commitment to their process.
    ● The support in no way replaces medical care and does not substitute for the advice of a doctor or any other healthcare professional.
    ● The provider does not make medical diagnoses and does not perform any medical procedure.
    ● If the issue presented may have a medical or physiological origin, a prior medical consultation is recommended before beginning the work.
    ● If the client suffers or has suffered from psychological disorders, they must inform the provider before the support begins.
    ● If the client’s situation is or may become the subject of legal proceedings, it is advisable to consult a lawyer before undertaking BWRT® therapy, as this approach alters the perception of and reactions to past events.
The client engages in the support of their own free will and remains solely responsible for the actions taken to reach their goals.
  9. Confidentiality
The information shared during sessions is strictly confidential. No data may be passed to a third party without the client’s written consent.
Confidentiality may, however, be lifted in the following situations:
    ● The client poses a danger to themselves or others.
    ● The situation presents a serious and high risk to the client, in particular in cases of suicidal behaviour.
    ● A duly signed court order requires the disclosure of information.
  10. Termination
The client may end the support at any time. A closing session will be agreed between the parties beforehand, to ensure the support ends in the best possible conditions.
  11. Reimbursement by insurance
The sessions offered are not reimbursed by Swiss health insurers. It is up to the client to check with their supplementary insurance regarding any possible coverage.
  12. Liability
Magali Lelong commits to carrying out her work with care, professionalism, and respect for the applicable codes of ethics. She cannot be held liable for results that don’t match the client’s expectations, as the support relies on the client’s active engagement.
  13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court of the Canton of Aargau, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
  14. Changes
These general terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect is the one published on the website magali-lelong.com on the date of booking.
